Dear users and partners,
October is typically opening last quarter big news in many dimensions, from people and resources to software and services.
We pursue our effort to better serve you and being closer. For that we have added another Spain office in Madrid, have reinforced our teams in France in Normandy, Paris and Chambéry, as well in Morocco in Casablanca. Meanwhile our reseller partners in Europe and America grow as well.
On software side there are new releases for all our products’ range. From schematics and calculation to newest photovoltaic solutions. All of them presenting remarkable innovations and progressing towards a smooth integration to enable interoperability.
We have made a big effort on our on-line offer from products’ options to web services new solutions. We are redesigning our support site to having an easy access with new training tools and videos will be included. The access to the new e-shop will be unified with the support for your convenience.
We continue increasing our investments so that we can get much better and easier to use products. More than a dozen road shows in several cities are organized, and we are attending many exhibitions this quarter : check our site for events and activities near to you.

Next 17th October the new version of elecworks 2017 will be released. We have included new features and enhancements focused to improve the users’ performance.
Revisions cloud, super parts or navigation from reports have been added to design faster your electrical projects, also the possibility to generate your electrical schematics automatically from an Excel sheet. A macro converter, added to our Electrical Content Portal (ECP), is a key feature to re-use your macros from your old software.

An important achievement arrived in June in our calculation division, the new elec calc 2016. This new release has meant an important breakthrough due to some of its main features such as the real-time calculations for HV / LV electrical installations or the new, intuitive and intelligent way to design thanks to “Intellisense”, never seen before in the market, providing a user-experience even more pleasant.

At the end of October, archelios 2017 will be launched for an exceptional accuracy and flexibility for your photovoltaic projects design, such as a new visor 2D/3D, the automatic detection of PV modules groups according to parameters defined by the user, the option to design an automatic or customized string wiring for a more precise calculation and an optimized installation. The new archelios has the capacity to calculate of any project, whatever its size, with no compromise on accuracy, as well as counting with an export to AutoCAD (DXF) and Excel (CSV) files option. |

Since last October 3rd, we have a new sales channel for our customers: Trace Software eshop. With a new image, our new online channel includes our software solutions range. The business model of the online platform is the pay per use, and the period can be defined in 1, 2 or 3 years. During this period, users will enjoy their license plus all services associated to the subscription service. This new model will provide greater flexibility to satisfy customer needs.

Due to the launching of the new elec calc 2016, Trace Software International started in September a roadshow for several cities in France, Belgium and in Morocco. We want to specially thank to the attendees that have come to the presentations, it has been a great success. But the roadshow is not over, we will be in Belgium the 19th October!

Trace Software Morocco will attend Elec expo 2016 from 12 to 15 October in Casablanca. This exhibition is organized by FENELEC, the National Federation of the Electricity, Electronics and Renewable Energies. From October 25 to 28 will be held the most relevant exhibition for the electricity field in Spain, Matelec. We will present the new elecworks 2017 and elecworks for PTC Creo, for a 3D electrical design and the new integration with PTC Windchill for product data management. Find us in Hall 3, Stand 3D01.
